Car pooling station or spot, where you meet to get in (or where you get dropped off) someone's car or to pick up (or drop off) someone.
It can be a separate area on a parking lot, in which you can drop your own car in order to share a ride with another driver (in that case, it should be combined with Tag:amenity=parking).
Or it can also be a place where you can easily make a minute stop near a public transport station to allow carpoolers to come and meet the driver.
It is different from Tag:amenity=car sharing, in which drivers can pick or drop off shared cars (in the manner of a short term rental).
It is different from Tag:highway=hitchhiking, where the driver has no intention of ride-sharing until the moment the hitchhiking spot becomes visible to them and the ride is free.
