For SQL Server execution plans that are marked as Trivial

Trivial plans are typically low cost affairs, with no joins, subqueries, or other cost-based decisions to make, particularly around index choice.

Trivial plans do not undergo full optimization, may not produce missing index requests, and may bypass Foreign Key join elimination, and Constraint contradiction detection.

Why does a plan with FULL optimization show simple parameterization?

I read that only Trivial Plans can be Simple Parameterized, and that not all queries (even when the plan is Trivial) can be Simple Parameterized. Then why is this plan showing Full Optimization, and Simple Parameterization at the same time?
