I have 2 EKS sit on their own VPC. The VPC is connected together with Transit Gateway. The VPC only have public subnets. Both EKS has public and private endpoint enabled.
I encounter issue where Argocd would still connecting another EKS public endpoint. Whenever I enable whitelist public endpoint, argocd getting error that it can't connect. Is there any reason why Argocd won't connect to EKS private endpoint?
