For an existing Warehouse, with sprinkler system already installed: We are adding 3 mezzanine floors, with around 27000 Sq. ft for each floor. While designing sprinkler system, is it necessary to add new Fire tanks, Fire pumps for sprinkler system once again or can we connect the sprinkler riser to the existing system. We are also adding around 12 Fire house box(3 per floor) which will be connected to the ring main. Is it okay?

2This you need to check with the fire authorities - but the flow rate and storage capacity has to meet the standards - if you are increasing the floor area by a factor of 3 then the tanks etc also need to increase... – Solar Mike Nov 25 '19 at 08:19

Are you adding the addition without any permits?
Because not only you need to get approval from the fire-department for adding new tanks and fire pipes and Siamese connection, you need to meet all the new fire exits, signage, fire partitions, etc. Guess what your insurance company will say in case of a claim.
You need to get the structure checked for additional loading, electrical panels, and circuits, lighting, and airconditioning. handicap access, basically you have a substantial job and have to get it permitted.
