I have a Almalinux server from Hetzner 12 cores CPU and 128 GB RAM and then installed psotgres and everythings went ok. but nowadays postgres drains cpu and memory and the server IP blocked by data center. when I strace its PID its trying to connect to IPs from France, Africa and etc but it can't. and these unsuccessful connections drain cpu. bellow screen shot of htop and strace logs. can anyone explain me Is this behavior appropriate and healthy or not and how can it be controlled?
