I've been having trouble setting up my mail server. My emails still end up in the spam folder, especially on Gmail, even though I have SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set up correctly and they pass all tests.
Here are some more details.
- The IP has a spotless reputation after being verified on several blacklists
- DMARC, DKIM, and SPF are all configured appropriately, and the DMARC policy is
p=quarantine - I have made sure my emails are clean, yet even basic ones like "Hello" get up in spam
- The mail server's
RDNS (PTR)configuration is correct
Every time, the TLS status in headers appears as TLS-Required: No
I have a PTR (reverse DNS) record for my IPv6 address and have added it to the SPF record because I use IPv6 for email delivery
Additional information :
- Control panel :
Cyberpanel - Hosting: Contabo and Hostinger (same issue)
- SMTP Server: Postfix
I’ve checked the IP and domain reputation, and they seem fine, but Gmail keeps flagging the emails.
What could be causing this? Is there something I’m overlooking?
Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.
