When we send email to some clients, we get this message back:

Jun 5 16:21:28 MyDomain postfix/smtp[1589281]: 1XXXXX8D6B3: to=<foo@MyClient.com.br>, relay=MyClient.com.br[yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy]:25, delay=12, delays=0.4/0.01/6.7/5.3, dsn=5.0.0, status=bounced (host MyClient.com.br[yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy] said: 550-"JunkMail rejected - MyDomain.com.br [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]:59210 is in an RBL 550-on csi.cloudmark.com/reset-request/?ip=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx , see Poor Reputation 550 Sender" (in reply to RCPT TO command))

I tried to remove the spam tag in the https://csi.cloudmark.com/en/reset, but when I put my Ip I get this message:

The IP Address (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) Appears to Match a Generic or Default Pattern

The DNS pointer record for this IP (MyDomain.com.br.) appears to match a generic or default pattern that is often associated with spam. Cloudmark will not remediate such IP addresses.

However, looking at my Reverse Lookup in MX Toolbox, it appears to be fine.

I never had this problem before, Idk what changed to get this message.

And I don't know how to fix it, because I can't send a solicitation to CSI because it gives me that error message.

[Edit]

I looked at the Prevent mail being marked as spam, and in the answers they talk about how to keep away from the spamlists, that's not what I'm going through.

The problem is that the csi.cloudmark is marking my mail server as a possible spam sender. When I try to remove this in the https://csi.cloudmark.com/en/reset I get a message that my rDNS is too generic or is not configured.

The error I get is:

MyClient.com.br[yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy] said: 550-"JunkMail rejected - MyDomain.com.br [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]:59210 is in an RBL 550-on csi.cloudmark.com/reset-request/?ip=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx , see Poor Reputation 550 Sender" (in reply to RCPT TO command)

About my PTR, I did a dig -x 179.127.20.12 @8.8.8.8 and I get this:

; <<>> DiG 9.18.30-0ubuntu0.22.04.2-Ubuntu <<>> -x 179.127.20.12 @8.8.8.8

That means that my PTR is ok, right?
